Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I purchase a table and how many seats are there per table?
A: Yes. Each table seats 8 and we encourage you to purchase a full table if you are not able to become a sponsor this year. Please click on the Purchase Tickets page and select ?8? to indicate you would like a full table.
Q: I'm not purchasing a full table but can I be seated with my friends?
A: Yes. Just indicate who you would like to be seated with on the purchase tickets form. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Q: If I there is an issue with my tax receipt who should I contact?
A: Please call Helen Lee at (416) 661-6600 extension or email hlee@trca.on.ca for any questions or concerns regarding your tax receipt.
Q: If I make a donation how will my donation be used?
A: The Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto uses the funds from our generous donors to support our efforts to protect ecologically significant lands.
Q: What is the dress code for the event?
A: We're not black tie, but we still look great! Please dress in Business Casual (we call it Business Dressy) for the event.
Q: Will parking be available at this event?
A: Yes, free parking is available at the International Centre. Parking attendants will be onsite to direct traffic.
Q: Can I make changes to my meal request(s)?
A: Yes. You can make your changes directly on the site this year. Click here to access your profile. Please make sure to select special meal requirements (including vegetarian meals) prior to the event as there will be limited quantities at the venue and we may not be able to accommodate meal change requests on the night of the dinner.
Q: Will there be a VIP room this year?
A: Yes. VIP room access is one of the benefits of becoming a sponsor! You will receive your special VIP room passes in the mail prior to the event.
Q: How do I become a sponsor? What's in it for me?
A: We love our sponsors! Without you we would not be able to achieve our goal of protecting ecologically significant lands. All sponsorship levels and benefits for becoming a sponsor are listed on the Sponsorship Opportunities page. Please click on Become a Sponsor and fill in the form to indicate which level of sponsorship you are interested in. Q: Will there be a Live Auction this year?
A: Yes! We're going to have some truly fantastic items for the live auction this year so please come with your cheque book ready to "buy for the cause"!
